Spending the day with my friends so I’m signing off of social media 🙋🏻‍♀️ Just wanted to drop in and share an oldie but goodie breakfast. This is my carrot and apple baked oat recipe topped with crushed almonds, @dangfoods lightly salted chips, @foragerproject yogurt, and @purely_elizabeth granola 😍 The bowl would not have been complete without a @wild_friends chocolate almond butter swirl! I really love this breakfast because it helps me get extra veggies into my day right from the start. And carrot in oatmeal is such an easy way to do it 🥕 I hope y’all have the best weekend, let me know what you’re up to! I can’t wait to hear about it 💕

Carrot and apple baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
~ 1/3 cup @foragerproject cashew milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/3 cup shredded carrot
~ 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
