Starting your day off with a little meal prep inso! This week I wanted something clean and easy so I went with a dairy free chicken salad ? It was so easy to make this morning so I could spend the rest of the day with my family. Just start out by boiling and shredding three medium chicken breasts and then add the ingredients below! You can modify and add whatever you’re in the mood for, but I love adding the cucumber for a little crunch. I hope you guys enjoy your Sunday! I’m trying to give myself even another rest day because my body is craving it. Two days in a row without a workout would typically stress me out, but I’m listening to my body and trying to rest. Today’s form of rest: shopping ? What are you guys up to?

Dairy free chicken salad: ~ 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken
~ 1/3 cup @kitehillfoods cream cheese
~ 1/3 cup @foragerproject yogurt
~ 1 small cucumber cut up
~ 3 small radishes cut up
~ 1/2 lemon juice
~ red pepper flakes
~ onion salt
~ 1 tbs @sietefoods hot sauce
