Starting your Friday feed with a little savory action 😏 Y’all know how much sweet I eat, but typically for lunch I’ll go savory. For this weeks meal prep, I made a quinoa salad that is best served cold but can go either way! This weeks prep took less than an hour so I was very proud of the turn out 😍 Just start with 1 cup uncooked quinoa and go from there. I’m so dang happy it’s Friday y’all. This has been another long week, but next week is my schools spring break. Just to update y’all, no I’m not gonna anywhere except for my bed and my kitchen lol 😴 Look out for some fun new recipes throughout the week ❤️

Quinoa salad meal prep:
~ cook 1 cup quinoa on a stove top and let cool
While it’s cooking/cooling cut up:
~ cherry tomatoes
~ green onion
~ cucumber
* I didn’t measure the exact amounts, but just put in however much you want! I love veggies so I added a bunch. You can also prep any other veggies like carrots if you want 🤗
~ mix in the veggies to the chilled quinoa and add the juice of about two whole lemons. Sprinkle a little olive oil and sea salt for the perfect salad all week long ✨ You can also add cut up grilled chicken for protein like I did💪🏼
