Gluten free, dairy free, and the perfect breakfast to satisfy your sweet tooth
There was a long time that I thought a “healthy” breakfast had to be oatmeal. I don’t know where I got that from, but oatmeal with some fruit and maybe a little almond butter was health for me ?
Health is what you want it to be. For me it means a filling and satisfying sweet breakfast followed by a massive salad for lunch (some days) and whatever else I’m craving for dinner. Health for me means balance and full meals. If you’re in the mood, here’s an easy recipe for you! Just check it out below and have a great Tuesday ??
Here’s how to make it:
1. Grab two of your favorite gluten free tortillas
2. Heat up a pan to a medium heat with a little avo oil or coconut oil
3. Place one tortilla on the pan, spread a little almond butter on it, and add the banana slices and chocolate chips. Place the top tortilla
4. Wait about five minutes for the chocolate and bananas to melt, watch for burning on the bottom
5. Flip the quesadilla and cook on the other side
6. Cool, cut, top, and enjoy ?
