T G I F ? Starting off my Friday with a new recipe! I combined all my fall favorites (shocker) into one dessert to make a pumpkin spice apple loaf ? This week has been tough with the extra food restrictions, but I think I’ve made the best of it by baking as much as I can ??♀️ This loaf helped me get through the week! I’ve been topping it with a little almond butter for extra fuel or a snack when I’m craving sweets, which is always ?

Recipe: one loaf (about 6 thick slices)
~ Mix wet: 2 whole eggs, 1 cup pumpkin purée, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 freshly squeezed orange, 3 tbs unsweetened apple sauce ?
~ Mix dry: 1 tsp cinnamon, pumpkin spice, 1 cup gluten free oats, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/3 cup @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips ❤️
~ Mix wet and dry and add in chopped apple (about two apples)
~ I topped my loaf with extra chocolate chips and a few thin apple slices! Bake at 350 and use a skewer to check if it’s ready.
