Thank goodness it’s Friday y’all! No matter what mood I’m in, I always want the weekend. Even though this week was a little shorter, I feel even more exhausted than usual. I’m not feeling 100% today and it’s taking a toll on my mood. I’m trying to not let it get me down though and focus on the things that make me happy ? Like this breakfast bowl. I wasn’t craving oats this morning, so in the spirit of listening to my body, I baked a sweet potato to add to my yogurt bowl. I filled the sweet potato with a chia seed and strawberry compote and almond butter ? I topped it off with cacao nibs and @grandyoats original granola for the most perfect breakfast. I hope you guys have a great Friday and an amazing weekend! It’s a Jewish holiday so I’m prepping to bake all the goodies. Can’t wait to share some new recipes with you guys ?
