#toasttuesday 👉🏼 my excuse to make sweet potato toast every dang week. I love sweet p toast because you can top it with just about anything and it’s freaking delicious 🤤 I like to slice my potato and roast them in the oven with a little #avo oil because I’ve found that it’s the best way to get super soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just the way I like it. This week I did a sweet and savory combo 😍 One toast had @wild_friends almond butter, sliced blackberries, @navitasorganics goji berries and chia seeds, and a little shredded coconut. The other toast had @kitehillfoods cream cheese, one egg, mixed greens, and @traderjoes EBB seasoning 😏 I had way too much fun making this toast, and even more fun eating in way too fast lol. My motto: if you can’t decide between sweet and savory, just do both 🙌🏻 Happy Tuesday y’all!
