Update: I’ve officially eaten oatmeal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 🤷🏻‍♀️ I remember the first time I tried oatmeal, I thought it was so gross and bland. But then I learned how to get creative with my toppings and I obviously can’t get enough 😍 I made an apple and carrot combo topped with a little dairy free yogurt, almond butter swirl, @purely_elizabeth granola, and coconut chips. So filling and yummy! Today I started the day with a great gym session and I’ll end it the best way I know how: meal prep 🤗 Can’t wait to show y’all what I make for the week! Happy Sunday y’all ❤️

Carrot and apple baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 grated carrot
~ 1/2 finely chopped apple
~ cinnamon!
Mix well and top with more apple slices and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the oats look golden brown 🤤 Top and enjoy!
