VEGAN Blender Sheet Pancakes ✌?
My number one go to breakfast! It’s the easiest thing to prep for the week as a grab and go meal or the perfect stack topped with maple syrup. These pancakes are also gluten-free and vegan which makes them perfect for your picky eaters. Here’s how you make them:
~ 1/3 cup  yogurt
~ 1 1/2 cups oats
~ 1/2 cup applesauce
~ 2 ripe bananas
~ 1/4 cup maple syrup
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ 1/2 tsp of each: baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt
Your fave toppings!!
This recipe really couldn’t get any easier. Throw the ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender until smooth. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and smooth out the top. Add your toppings and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
That’s it! Cut into squares and enjoy ✨
