Wanted to start my weekend with an appreciation post to all the snacks that help me get through the week 😍 i used to think that eating more than just three meals a day would make me gain weight. And while i still struggle with accepting that one treat won’t ruin months of work, i have gotten so much better at listening to my body and eating when i know I’m hungry 😋 Everyday I’m working on that guilt i feel when i eat something that’s not necessarily “low cal” because that guilt holds me back from being as happy as i could be. I’m so glad i have these snacks to help me out ❤️
~ i almost always start my day with one pack of chocolate almond butter. It’s the perfect sweet addition to any breakfast 🙌🏻
~ after lunch (or whenever i want something else sweet) I’ve been eating an @emmysorganics #cleancookies. They’re ingredients are so clean and the flavors are on point.
~ after school, when I’m exhausted and always hungry, i eat a bar. i try my best to always have one on hand.
*for those asking, yes, i did order two boxes of pumpkin spice @rxbar before they went out for the season… they’re too good to miss 😘 if anyone happens to know where i can get the gingerbread ones please me know because they’re all i want 🙏🏻
