Y’all, I just spent way to much time looking for this emoji 🌈 for the most colorful salad I’ve had in a long time! I’m finally introducing some fresh veggies back into my diet, so I feel a little like a science experiment. Like “let’s observe what happens when I eat this..” But so far I’m feeling ok! I used butter lettuce as the base and added fresh peppers, tomatoes, and red cabbage. I also roasted some veggies and made a new recipe for turkey and sweet potato meatballs (recipe coming soon 🤗) Hope you ate as colorful of a lunch as I did!
Side note: I finally got these bracelets in the mail! They’re called refocus bands from @shoplacle. I got two different phrases and I’m really into them. Basically, whenever you need a reminder, you just flip over the band and it’ll have a phrase to help you when you’re stressed with something. One of mine says “chill” and the other says “see the good.” They have so many other phrases and colors so look into them 👌🏻
