Today felt like the beginning of fall here in Boston ?—chilly enough to wear a cozy sweater but still warm enough to pair it with shorts. My favorite kind of weather ? and also a perfect time to enjoy some homemade pork + cabbage dumplings and broth. To make the meal more complete I added wakame seaweed and wilted some greens in the chicken broth, seasoned with fish sauce. Top with scallions, sesame and chili oil. (Not shown, dipping sauce of rice vinegar and soy sauce; more chili oil and sriracha)
