Hi,

My name is Bette, and I’m a 34-year-old woman from Turkey. I work as a website designer, operating from my home office. My journey with weight management has been a challenge since puberty. As a child, I was quite skinny, but everything changed once the hormones kicked in.

Back in 2006, I managed to lose 15 kg purely through exercise. I dedicated 30 minutes daily to a cross trainer, ran on sand, and tackled uphill runs. It took me about six months to shed the weight, without altering my diet, and the results seemed almost effortless. However, four years later, after entering a comfortable relationship and indulging in five overseas holidays, all the weight crept back.

This year, I joined Weight Watchers online and managed to lose 3 kg over four months. Unfortunately, my motivation fizzled out, and so did my progress. Then, I came across the Dukan Diet in a friend’s magazine, and it caught my attention. I’d never tried anything like it before, so I decided to give it a shot. As of January 2018, I weighed 86.5 kg—the heaviest I’ve ever been.

My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini for the first time in my life. I’ve come close before but never felt confident enough because of my naturally rounded tummy. This year, I’m planning a holiday in October, which gives me four months to achieve my beach body—eek! With most diets, I’d say this goal is unrealistic, but based on what I’ve read, the Dukan Diet might just be my solution. The results others have achieved are inspiring, and I’m determined to be one of those success stories by October 2018.

Wish me luck on this journey!

And I wish you all the best on yours as well!

Thanks!
