LETS TALK ABOUT SNACKS 👸🏼 ⠀

Ahhhh snacking.
Isn’t it the first thing we are told to avoid at all costs if we want to lose weight ??? In France, there is even an ad regularly played on TV that says “Avoid snacking in between meals”❗️ ⠀

And this is how, my friends, we develop a bad relationship with food.
Suddenly, snacking = weight gain.
Thankfully, it is nothing Louise cannot bring down.
And it is purely RATIONAL. When you eat in the morning, you eat around 8am right ? Then you have lunch around 12:30pm ? So after 4 hours.
Because this is when your body needs to be fueled again. SO WHY ON EARTH WOULDN’T YOU EAT UNTIL 8PM ⚡️⚡️
Don’t fear that 4pm snack.
Don’t reduce it to apples and almonds. “Small snacks” are only going to increase your appetite.
Meals are much more satisfying and will prevent you from binging like crazy at dinner.
So PLEASE friends. Fear the snacks no more. If it is real, satisfying meals – you are only going to benefit from it 💫
