[ad_1] Sometimes experiments can go right on the first try and gosh, this was a darn good experiment! ~ It’s a butternut squash ‘risotto’ made using orzo pasta. I topped it with roasted squash, toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds and some edamame. I didn’t measure anything out so I don’t have a recipe just yet….
