Mint Coffee Custards

And a great dessert for lovers of coffee and chocolate!

“Custard Coffee”. “Ducan”

ingredients:
Low-fat milk: 2 cups
Instant Coffee (Nescafe Gold): 2 tbsp
Bitter chocolate 90% ؜: 4 small squares
Eggs: 4 pcs
Allowable sweetener: 4 tbsp
Mint leaves: to the extent necessary

Bring low-fat milk and coffee and bitter chocolate to 90% ؜ in a bowl and then take it out of the heat.
Make eggs well with a good electric mixer.
Add 4 tablespoons of milk and hot coffee to an egg mixture and stir again. Then add this mixture slowly to milk and coffee and stir with a spoon.
Lay the mixture for a short period of 10 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly. Be careful not to bite and keep interrupting. At the end, allow the sweetener to allow the diet to be mixed and remove the heat after dissolving.
Let it cool down at ambient temperature. Then place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, then remove the freezer from a steep circle with an electric stirrer when curing.
Mint leaves for dessert are used.
