ACAI BOwLS with my main squeeze!?Tag your squeezes and make an acai Bowl date!????Q: What have you been doing for breaky? We have been doing a lot of @sambazon acai bowls, green smoothies, oatmeal, sliced fruit, cinnamon sourdough toast and breakfast burritos of rice, beans a little salsa and avo! I like to keep it raw personally but the kidlets and Shem enjoy variety but almost always we start with a little fruit first thing after our morning lemon water. Ive got in the habit of eating cereal tho which taste buds love but does me no good and sets up the day for more sugar cravings so have been making the swap back to fruits!
Should our next habit stacking challenge habit have to do with breakfast or snacks?! You choose! (Secretly I want to make some snacks to share with you but you choose!) hope you’re having a good day!!
