1️⃣ What is intermittent fasting?⠀
This is the first question I get asked a lot!⠀
Intermittent fasting is an eating technique where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. In short terms; a technique of eating less frequently. It is not as hard as it sounds because most of the fasting is done overnight during sleep. Most popular form of intermittent fasting is 16/8 method. You’re meant to fast for 16 hours and restricting your eating window to 8 hours.⠀

2️⃣ How often do you fast?⠀
2-3 times a Week only if I feel 100%! I never fast before and during my monthly! Cause I feel weak, anxious and hungry all the time. So unlike fasting, I actually eat more frequently during those days to not binging later. Fasting is a little stressful event if you are not used to it. It’s not good for everyone or for stressful times.⠀

3️⃣ Do you see the benefits?⠀
Yes and not only on myself, also people I recommended it and including my 65 year old mother! It certainly helps you lose weight, it helps to resensitize your body to insulin, reminds you to relearn how it feels to be hungry and that keeps me being grateful, also helps me focus better in the mornings and saves me time from cooking and cleaning!⠀
