Today on the blog + in stories I’m sharing some easy ways that eggs can be used to help reach some common New Year’s goals (like meal prepping, eating more veggies, cooking more at home, and building muscle ??). I know not everyone chooses to include eggs in their diets, but personally I find them a really affordable, versatile, and easy way to cook at home + increase my vegetable + whole food intake ???. They’re also really easy for me to digest (a big one for me)! Do you guys enjoy eggs?
