Guess what gorgeous?! You can have that! On Saturday. On Monday. On Tuesday. And… even Wednesday- Friday! OMG right?!

Now it’s very normal to eat differently on the weekends because we do different things and might have more flexibility in our schedules to go out for ice cream, have a date night, etc. But the whole idea of a “cheat day?” Yeah. It’s gotta go.

Here is why cheat days suck ?
.
1️⃣ They’re likely to lead you to eating past fullness because ya “gotta get it now!”
2️⃣ Large amounts of foods you don’t eat often is a recipe for a tummy ache
3️⃣ They’re likely to cause you to obsess over those foods during non “cheat days”
.
“Moderation” isn’t sexy. I mean no one searches YouTube for “Moderate Donut Eating!” They search for “Fantasy Donut Cheat Day!” Right?! But the facts are that the “moderation” is what’s healthy. It’s what is sustainable. And it’s way more ENJOYABLE.

Intuitive eating is “moderation”. Yes, that’s right. If you want to get to a place where you don’t need a cheat day where you hit up Krispy Kreme ? 8x then ya gotta give yourself permission to eat them more often. Will you want them more often at first? YES! But will this go away? Also yes.. IF you’re doing the work!
