Attack Phase Shopping List
Creating a Dukan Shopping List
You’ll want to create a Dukan shopping list to ensure that you have all the foods that you need. This way, you can be sure that you’re not missing anything and that your grocery shopping will go as smoothly as possible. Creating a grocery list will also help you avoid putting items on the grocery list that you forgot about.
The shopping list will allow you to pick out a variety of foods that are allowed and not allowed on the Dukan Diet. For example, you’ll be able to eat vegetables, fruits, and pure protein foods during the first phase of the diet, but you won’t be able to enjoy these foods if you’re not sticking to the diet. The Dukan shopping list will also tell you which drinks are allowed and which ones are not, and will answer any questions you may have about the diet.
When you’re following the Dukan diet, you’ll be eating high-protein foods with minimal carbs and fats. The diet also encourages you to get plenty of exercise on a daily basis. The website has a list of 100 foods that you’re allowed to eat while following this plan. These include 68 foods called “pure proteins” and 32 foods that are vegetables. You can also introduce other foods later on, as long as they’re not too high in fat or carbs.
Only the protein-containing foods are consumed in the attack phase of the dukan diet. For this reason you will have to shop before you start. I’ve listed some foods that will change your meals for you. I hope that will be useful.
