{NEW} Chocolate PB Protein Bites 😍😍😍
{ Blissful little chocolatey PB protein bites. No-bake, and just 10 minutes to make! Perfect for a quick snack or after workout boost! They taste like a little PB + Chocolate dessert! }
makes about 12 balls, serving size is 1-2 balls
Ingredients:
1 cup all natural peanut butter, or almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup, or raw honey
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 cup protein powder of choice, I used chocolate
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor then pulse until all fully incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, take scoops from the peanut butter mixture and using your hands roll them into even balls.
Place them balls into a glass container, with some space in between them and refrigerate or freeze.
Stays well in the fridge for 10 days or so, if sealed well.
Stores in the freezer for a month if sealed well.
