Found a new EASY way to make over easy eggs ?? Toast your bread (I used @canyonglutenfree 7 grain) then choose your cookie cutter shape and pour in your egg! I added about 1/4 avocado + @traderjoes seasoning. After the pic I put the star back on the toast to make it much less messy to eat ? Happy Thursday! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
