Chocolate PUMPKIN Mug Cake
I’m celebrating Friday with my new favorite mug cake recipe. I combined my two favorite things: chocolate and fall pumpkin to create this INSANE mug cake and topped it with the all new Honey Almond Probiotic Granola, more chocolate chips, and a big swirl of almond butter of course. As per usual, I’m a little too lazy to put this on my website today, so here’s the recipe to make your Friday a little sweeter:
Ingredients:
~ 2 tbsp coconut flour
~ 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
~ 2 tbsp applesauce
~ 1 tbsp cocoa powder
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup
~ 1 egg
~ 1/2 tsp vanilla
~ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
~ 1/4 tsp baking soda
~ chocolate chips, measure with your heart
How To:
Start by mixing together all the ingredients in a small bowl or mug.
Then, add in your chocolate chips and mix them into your mug cake batter.
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and microwave for about 2.5 minutes.
Top with almond butter, more chocolate chips, and most importantly, this NEW Purely Elizabeth Honey Almond Probiotic Granola and ENJOY ✨
