MICROWAVE Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake✨
I’m in the fall spirit y’all. It’s been sort of chilly for the last two days in NYC so we’ve officially decorated for fall and I’m pulling out my sweaters… and, fall weather means FALL FOOD. This may be my favorite mug cake I’ve ever made. It’s the perfect texture and flavor and I can’t wait for y’all to try it out. Here’s the recipe if you want the easiest dessert, breakfast, or snack today ✌?
~ 2 tbsp coconut flour
~ 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
~ 1 tbsp applesauce
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup
~ 1 egg
~ 1/2 tsp vanilla
~ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
~ 1/4 tsp baking soda
~ chocolate chips, measure with your heart
Start by mixing together all the ingredients in a small bowl or mug.
Then, add in your chocolate chips mix them into your mug cake batter.
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and microwave for about 2.5 minutes.
Top with almond butter and more chocolate chips and ENJOY ✌?
