Fall is in the air (finally) and I am officially craving warm oatmeal. I used the NEW 3-ingredient @lovvelavva plant milk to make this insane bowl for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Here’s a quick step by step if you’re craving something comforting for breakfast today or any day 🤗
In a small pot, pour in 1 cup Lavva dairy free plant milk and 1/2 cup gluten free oats. Mix slowly and bring the mixture to a light boil on a medium heat.
Once the mixture is bubbling, add in the 2 tbsp maple, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup pumpkin puree and mix well. Turn the heat down to low and continue to stir until the oatmeal is nice and thick. This process took about 10 minutes total.
Top the oatmeal with, chopped almonds, sliced figs, almond butter, and chocolate chips. This bowl is like a pumpkin loaf in oatmeal form… SO GOOD ✨
