Dukan Diet Khachapuri Boats
Should I praise these dukan diet khachapuri again? I make them with enviable consistency. I’ll just duplicate the recipe for beginners (because everyone who didn’t lose weight by summer is losing weight for New Year’s, right?)
- Bran allowance for 2 days. From the “Cruise” phase.
- For the dough:
- A packet of nonfat brick cottage cheese – 150 grams (I put the whole packet, 180 grams)
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of oat bran
- 2 tablespoons of wheat bran
- A pinch of baking powder
- Salt/spices to taste
- Mix everything, divide into 2 parts and place two balls on a baking sheet, then form boats with a recess for the filling.
- Put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Then take out and put the filling: 1 egg, cheese (cheese is a “DOP”, count the allowance) and greens.
- Put back in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
