Egg Muffins

Egg Muffins (Quantity for three servings)
Ingredients:
- Fresh mushrooms
- Colored bell peppers
- Chopped onion
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Sauté the onion with the vegetables.
- Arrange them in the muffin molds.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven.
