FISH
I really wish I liked fish more because as you can see, it’s an extremely lean source of protein. Unfortunately for me, I really only like salmon which of course is the only one of these not low in fat. If you like fish, then definitely incorporate it into your diet since it’s a great source of protein. On a side note, I love how when fish doesn’t taste like fish it’s seen as a good thing and if it tastes “fishy” it’s a bad thing. If you only like fish that doesn’t taste like fish do you really like fish? ??.
