EAT FOR MORE ENERGY ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s my nutrition tips that might help you get out of that slump!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Large meals, especially those that are too heavy in carbs can lead to a spike in blood sugar which can end in us feeling rubbish. Try smaller more frequent meals to see if that makes a difference for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Dehydration leads to low energy levels and not drinking enough is easy to do when it’s cooler, you’re busy or stressed. Start the day with a big glass of water before your coffee to get on the right track.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• If those mid week wines are becoming routine and you’re finding your energy levels waning then keep your mid week booze free. And stick with a maximum of 2 standard drinks come the weekend.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Provided coffee doesn’t interrupt your sleep or make you anxious/jittery then a moderate amount is fine! Maximum amount depends on your individual tolerance level but no more than 2 cafe style coffees is ok for most.

Do you have any nutrition tips that boost your energy levels? I’d love to hear them ??
