I wasn’t kidding when I said I was excited to try out some of my new grocery buys today!
I love making my matcha lattes at home and every once in awhile I will pick up matcha goodies at Whole Foods….but today I decided I wanted to make some goodies of my own.

I made paleo matcha energy balls and gluten free matcha banana bread.?

Energy balls:
•1c unsweetened shredded coconut •4tbsp organic almond flour •1tbsp organic coconut oil
•1tbsp organic matcha •1tsp organic maca powder for an extra energy boost .
Matcha banana bread:
•2 over ripe bananas •1c organic quinoa flour
•1c organic almond flour •2 eggs
•3/4c almond milk
•3tbsp organic matcha •1/2c organic coconut oil
•3/4 organic unrefined coconut sugar •1tsp baking soda
