?BREAKFAST: Sunny side up eggs, sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, avocado and grapefruit.⠀
?SNACK: Protein waffle with raw pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds and coconut yogurt.⠀
?LUNCH: Giant salad with kale, zoodles, sautéed red onions, baked spicy chicken breast, boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, olives, pecans and pink salad dressing (you can find the pink salad dressing recipe on the highlighted section on my profile).⠀
?DINNER: Steamed broccoli and carrots, sautéed red onions and grilled chicken breast.
