Gingerbread Banana Pancakes



Gingerbread Banana Pancakes 🤗 The easiest paleo pancake recipe ever with a gingerbread flavored twist 😎 I can’t accept that gingerbread is only a christmas flavor so probably going to keep making it into the new year 😉 Made this easy stack this morning after sleeping in a little bit 🤗 Extra sleep + pancakes, that’s what the holidays are all about right? 😜 Haha kidding kidding but it doesn’t hurt 😏 ⠀

I make these easy pancakes a lot, the basic recipe is just: 1 banana, 2 eggs, cinnamon, and a scoop of some type of protein powder. That’s it 🙆🏼‍♀️ Then you add in flavors if you’re feeling extra 😎 So I added in ginger and nutmeg for extra Christmas cheer 🎄 Kept the toppings simple with more banana + honey 🙌🏻 I know some people think bananas aren’t the best for you because of their high sugar content but I’d rather have a higher amount of natural sugar vs refined sugar 👌🏻 Gotta do what works best for you 💯 Hope you guys have a great Sunday ahead! ❤️ ⠀

recipe details (adding it to my blog this afternoon!): 2 eggs whisked + 1 banana mashed + 1 scoop of protein powder/or collagen (I used @furtherfood collagen) + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp ginger + 1 tsp nutmeg. Spoon a small amount into a skillet over low medium heat. Makes about 7-8 small pancakes. Topped with organic honey + more bananas 💞
