If you’re trying to lose weight then it is important to understand which foods are the most calorie dense- even the nutrient rich ones.
A few notes
– oil on the left is vegetable oil and on the right is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Not many good nutrients or antioxidants in a mixed veg oil.
– milk on the right reflects full cream milk. Low fat and skim are obviously less calorie dense
