Another meal prepped dish coming your way this Sunday morning ? Last one I promise haha. This is my go to meal prep breakfast because it’s easy and still tastes good a day or two later ? Although the avo isn’t quite as green a day later ? I always snap my pictures right after I make the meal so trust me- they don’t look like this when I actually eat them ? ———————————————————————————— ⠀
What works best for me whenever I plan a meal is making sure I’ve got a carb, protein, and healthy fat ?? My meals don’t always have all 3 and that’s totally fine but I find I feel my best whenever they do! But again everyone’s different- some people need more protein/ less carbs or more fat or whatever! If you like having all three though- this is the perfect way to do it ? I used leftover spicy sweet potato chips (turned my spicy sweet potato fries recipe into chip form ?) + an easy boiled egg + some veggies ? Simple but tasty ? We’re off to church now then lunch then watching the Chiefs game tonight!! Any other Chiefs fans out there?! ??♀️ Have a great Sunday guys!! ⠀

breakfast details ?? 1 egg boiled for 7 mins then transferred to cold water + 1/2 avocado ? with red pepper flakes + leftover spicy sweet potato chips ( 2-3 small sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp avo oil, 1/2 tbsp garlic, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder. Baked for 20 mins on each side at 400, broil at end to get crispy) + sautéed zucchini + tomatoes
