What I actually eat! EVERY DAY!!?⠀

☝?Not even joking! Some people still think salad is boring! I either have it as a side or a main meal everyday! To me salad is my go to meal!! I think if I have to choose one meal to eat for the rest of my life, that would be definitely salad!!⠀

??Salad is limitless! You can add any ingredient you like! Raw or cooked!⠀
WHAT CAN YOU ADD IN THE SALAD;⠀
•Protein: Chicken, turkey, steak, fish, tofu, egg, cheese..⠀
•Carbs: All kind of veggies, raw or cooked, lentils, legumes, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, quinoa, rice, buckwheat, bread crumbs, fruits (both dried and fresh)..⠀
•Fats: Olive oil, avocado, tahini, sesame seed oil, walnut oil, flaxseed oil, all kind of nuts and seeds, olives, full fat yogurt…⠀
•Seasonings: Lemon pepper seasoning, curry powder, cumin, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, dried thyme, pink salt, turmeric…⠀

Kale, grilled red onion rings, boiled egg, baked chili chicken breast, black sesame seeds, spiralized zucchini, cherry tomatoes, pecans, green olives, pineapple and pink poppy seed salad dressing (you canan find the salad dressing recipe on my highlights).⠀
