Say no to the bogus diet plans to get you into “hot girl summer” shape. ?‍♀️Say no to cutting out food groups unnecessarily in the name of “#health” (even “just for 30 days”).

Say ‘YES’ to fed girl summer 2022. ?Ya know that “#balance” and “moderation” everyone is seeming to strive for? Yeah. It’s intuitive eating.

Making peace with food, listening to your body and saying see ya never to dieting isn’t as “sexy” of an approach. I get it. ?‍♀️But it’s the most sustainable and it IS the most healthy option. (yes, even if you have medical needs or restrictions you CAN eat intuitively- our ? is also part of listening to our bodies remember!)

If you feel like “But I’ve tried it and it didn’t work for me” I’m going to bet my bottom dollar that there were a few puzzle pieces missing in your efforts. ?But that’s ok! Don’t feel bad about that, I actually felt the same at the beginning of my journey.

When I first started trying to ditch diets, I was lost, frustrated, and confused. I started my intuitive eating journey thinking I could just let myself “eat normally”. I mean, it’s eating…how hard can it be? Well, joke was on me because it’s REAL hard!

I just kept ping-pong-ing between restricting and binge eating. I felt sick and out of control. But with time and lots of trial-and-error, eventually, I found a FABULOUS balance.
