SIMPLE RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
{ My all-time favorite Dressing! }
Makes about 1/2 cup dressing
(Double or Triple the recipe)
■20 fresh raspberries
■2 Tbs organic balsamic vinegar
■2 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
■2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
■1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
■Several fresh leaves of mint, basil, or parsley-depending on the meal/preferences
■pinch of sea salt
■I added a pinch of dried onion this time & it was GREAT!
{Combine everything in blender, pulse until smooth.}
■Excellent on spinach berry salads! Enjoy!
