{new} Spicy Shrimp Bowls ??

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups cooked organic brown rice (I used jasmine rice)
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 avocado, cubed
24 edamame pods, cooked

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsps hot chili sauce (depending on how spicy you like it)

2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (I used black & white)
1 tsp coconut aminos, Braggs liquid amino, or low sodium soy sauce
chives for garnish .

Instructions:
Divide shrimp, rice, avocado, and edamame between four seving bowls, or food prep containers, nicely.
Toss chopped cucumber with green onion, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add to bowl.

Whisk Greek yogurt and hot chili sauce together and drizzle on everything in bowl as shown.

Drizzle coconut aminos and sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired. Garnish with chives.
