You have probably heard of SMART goals before. But how do we apply this? The simple fact is that for goals to be a powerful and useful tool, they should be designed to be SMART. There are many variations of what SMART stands for, but in essence is this – GOALS should be:
.
.
.
➡️Specific: clear and significant.
.
➡️Measurable: super motivating to measure progress on a planned time table.
.
➡️Attainable: setting realistic yet challenging goals will keep us going without hurting our confidence.
.
➡️Relevant: healthy, and reasonable.
.
➡️Time Frame: time-sensitive.
.
.
.
. ???✏? Take some time to think about your goals, and them down today! I’m doing this too!
Let’s #Crush this week together! ❤Rachel
