Celebrating PASTA SUNDAY with this DAIRY FREE CREAMY SPICY TOMATO PASTA with KALE and FETA! (completely Vegan!) Just five ingredients to make this sauce and it was so worth it. Made this pasta last night to go along with our grill session. you could use any tomato sauce, but I used @otamotfoods sauce, which is seriously the BEST jarred pasta sauce I’ve had. Honestly, I am not always the biggest jarred tomato sauce fan. I’d much rather make my own…However, this one is made with with over ten veggies including tomatoes, carrots, peppers, beets, spinach and mushroom. So it is full of vitamins, the texture is creamy and the taste is so balanced. Even the kids loved it! Happy Sunday loves. How was everyone’s weekend? I have had a great one. Deets: SAUCE: 1 cup @otamotfoods Essential Sauce, 3 tablespoons almond milk yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or more). Heat the ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well to combine. Pour over pasta! I used gluten free rigatoni and tossed with sautéed kale (sautéed in olive oil with some garlic and lemon) and roasted tomatoes, this delicious sauce, and topped with fresh basil and dairy free feta balls. •
