what ya need –
1/2 cup oats, blended into a flour
1 scoop vanilla protein (@nuzest_usa is my absolute fav – code ARIELLE to save some coin)
1 tsp blue spirulina/butterfly pea powder (optional, for the color)
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2-3 tbsp blueberry lavender almond milk (i get this from trader joes)
filling:
1/4 cup blueberries
frosting:
3-4 tbsp greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
sprinkles
bake at 350F for 18-20 min
