Dreaming of this EGGcellent pesto bowl from last week as I make my way to find some grub in NYC! Reposting this hempseed pesto below! Just spent the morning with @balanced_life_leslie and had an incredible sound bath and I’m literally feeling high on life right now 🙃 An amazing experience spent with such a beautiful human. Also got to spend dinner with @the_bananadiaries Last night followed by a sleepover with one of my best friends since 4th grade…my heart so full, and I don’t even care I haven’t slept much😉I hope you’re all having an amazing day…off to explore, eat and get ready for a fun event tonight ❤️



Deets: arugula, @explorecuisine mung bean pasta, kale hemp pesto (recipe , roasted asparagus, roasted tomatoes, avocado, soft boiled egg, pine nuts and vegan mozzarella. Pesto Recipe: 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed, 1/4 Cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 Cup parsley, 1 head of lacinato kale. Remove thick stems from kale and chop it up. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth!
