Happy TOAST day! Disclosure: I am not currently eating these delicious sweet potato toasts…I’m actually staring at Palm trees and making some lunch after spending my morning in the sun with my amazing aunt…so I’m sharing some toasts I made last week after buying a bunch of fresh fruit. I had an wonderful night with my Grampa and my aunt last night…slept like a rock, got in a workout this morning, enjoyed a slow morning making us breakfast, got some sun and headed out to sushi later. Life is good ?I hope you’re all having an AMAZING Tuesday! •


Deets: 3 sweet potato toasts (sliced thin and baked for about 35 mins on 400)…I like to make a bunch ahead of time. 1️⃣ banana, strawberries, chocolate drizzle and coconut. 2️⃣ pea shoots, @vitalfarms egg, avo, sunflower seeds and red pepper flakes. 3️⃣ homemade coconut milk yogurt, berries, @nanajoesgranola and @georgiagrinders cashew butter. •
