Satisfy Your Iron Needs with a Delicious Bison Steak Salad
Tonight, I was in the mood for something hearty and delicious. I wanted that perfect sear on my bison steak salad, just like @approachingpaleo always does it.
I started by searing my bison steak in organic grass-fed beef tallow. The sizzle of the meat as it hit the hot pan was music to my ears. I made sure to get that beautiful golden crust on the outside while keeping the inside perfectly tender and juicy.
