Snackin on this chia pudding for a quick afternoon pick me up! ✨ I love chia pudding because you can make it ahead of time, flavor it however you like, and it’s so simple and satisfying! Not to mention it’s packed full of omega-3 and protein 🙌🏼.
To make 👇🏼:
Blend together 1.5 cups of plant-based milk, 1 pitted date, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla in a high spend blender. Pour into a mason jar and add 3 tbsp of chia seeds. Put the lid on the jar and shake until chia seeds are combined into blended mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but over night is best. Enjoy! 💕
