Today’s cardio workout, I burned a little over 500 calories! It was: 25 percent Incline on the treadmill at 2.3-2.5 speed for 20 minutes + 30 percent Incline at ~2.3 speed for another 10 minutes! A total of 30 minutes! ? BURN BABY BURN! Feeling unstoppable??
