[ad_1] 《家常雞胸肉片炒蔥花蛋》 這道料理超級美味又簡單,很適合時間不足,但又想來份富含營養蛋白質料理的時刻。 ————————— 於煎肉的同時,另起一鍋滾水速燙一盤青菜,都完成後,添一小碗五穀雜糧米飯,挾少許韓式泡菜,美味的速成瘦身料理~完成!❤️ ————————— 與大家分享簡易食譜: 【材料】 雞胸肉1塊 約180g 雞蛋2顆 青蔥1~2支 【醃料】 鹽1/8小匙 橄欖油1小匙 研磨黑胡椒少許 清水2小匙 【調味料】 油2小匙 香油少許 鹽(視口味添加) 【做法】 ❶雞蛋打成蛋液、青蔥切成蔥花,備用。 ❷雞胸肉切片(厚約0.5cm)後加入全部醃料拌抓(清水分次加入),靜置醃10分鐘。 ❸鍋內倒入油,以中小火將油燒溫熱後,將雞胸肉片入鍋香煎。 ❹煎至雞胸肉2面都呈金黃色時,淋上蛋液,待蛋液略凝固時大致翻煎。 ❺撒入蔥花,拌均後即完成 【料理筆記】 ✍️起鍋前可試一下味道,覺得不夠鹹時再鹽調味。 ✍️如擔心雞胸肉乾柴,可於醃肉時加1小匙太白粉,或不將雞胸肉煎焦即可。 —–無關料理的自言自語—– 日前教練 @weihao_gym 與貝蒂分享他去泰國旅遊時的趣聞,貝蒂當下也好想與教練分享自己的泰國旅遊經驗,接著就在下一秒脫口而出的說: 我「年輕的時候」也有去過泰國…. 天哪!歲月啊…. 記得昨天才18歲,怎麼今天就變成「我年輕的時候」… 親愛的弟弟妹妹們,大家要好好的珍惜時光啊,因為時光真的像飛箭一樣,「咻」的一聲……20年就過去了 #無情的光陰…
