Cardio program (spinning) – 6 weeks

I do not particularly like doing cardio, but oddly I've always loved RPM classes! Maybe for the challenge side that I like. And then we must admit that it is one of the cardio courses that makes the most sweat. Let's say that as long as doing cardio, as much as it is effective
