Juiciest Fillet Recipe
Recipe for the Juiciest Fillet. Once I tried it, I only cook it this way. And I recommend it to you.
- ✔500 ml water
- ✔1 tbsp salt
- ✔Chicken fillet (2 pcs) or turkey fillet (1 pc)
- ✔Favorite spices
- ✔Garlic
- ✔Vegetable or olive oil – 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Soak the fillet in brine for 1 hour (water + salt).
- Mix oil, spices, and garlic, then rub the fillet with it.
- Place in a preheated 220°C (428°F) oven for 15 minutes (!) and turn off the oven. Leave to cool in the oven. The meat will cook through on its own and will not be dry.
